Abstract: Comprehensive recovery of low-grade lead in the acid leaching residue from cyanidation process for golden leaching was made through precipitation transformation method.The recovery process was introduced.Influences of factors，such as mass ratio of liquid to solid（L/S），amount of ammonium bicarbonate，and reaction time on converting rate of lead in the reaction process of ammonium bicarbonate and acid leaching residue were also studied through orthogonal tests.The optimum conditions were as follows：mass ratio of L/S was 2.0，amount of ammonium bicarbonate was 30 g，and reaction time was 2.0 h. The transformation ratio of lead reached 97% under those conditions.
