Abstract

Abstract: Results of direct leaching vanandium from stone coal with H₂SO₄，HCl，HNO₃，and H₃PO₄ were compared，and effects of H₂SO₄ concentration，leaching temperature，leaching time, and dosage of helper leaching agent CaF₂ on leaching rate were studied.Results indicated that under the optimal conditions of H₂SO₄ mass fraction of 30%，leaching time of 6 h， leaching temperature of 90 ℃，liquid to solid ratio of 4∶1（mL/g），and agitation speed of 400 r/min，vanadium leaching rate was 63.48%.Under those above conditions，adding 3%（mass fraction） CaF₂as helper leaching agent，vanadium leaching rate could reach 90.32%，and leaching time could be also reduced to 2 h.
