Study on optimization of synthesis technology of sodium percarbonate by ethanol deposition method

Abstract: For sure the process conditions of sodium percarbonate by ethanol deposition method,effects of reaction temperature,mix ratio of raw materials,reaction time,and dosage of ethanol on the content of active oxygen and yield of product were investigated.Finally concluded that the reaction temperature had biggest influence on the product yield and active oxygen content,dosage of ethanol secondly and reaction time and mix ratio also had some influences.Through the experiment,the best experimental conditions were obtained as follows:reaction temperature was 15 ℃,mix ratio of raw materials (amount-of-substance ratio of sodium carbonate to hydrogen peroxide) was 1∶1.5,hydrogen peroxide droped for 15 min,ethanol dosage was 60 mL,and reaction time was 60 min. 
