Abstract:

Under the carbon peak and carbon neutralization model, sewage treatment plants should redefine their water environmental goals and achieve the development concept of“maximum acceptance and maximum treatment”.The treatment of surplus sludge should adhere to the principle of adapting measures to local conditions and a low-carbon and energy-saving operation mode by using clean energy as much as possible to gradually realize the carbon neutrality of sludge treatment. The development history of inorganic aluminum iron salt coagulant and the replacement of standards were summarized, and the new challenges faced by the development of inorganic aluminum iron salt coagulant was put forward.During the“14th FiveYear Plan,in view of the development trend of aluminum iron salt,it was proposed that there were still some problems in inorganic aluminum iron salt industry, such as serious overcapacity, unreasonable resource utilization, large number of enterprises, small production scale, similar product structure, many medium and low-grade products, and high degree of environmental pollution. It was considered that the development focus of inorganic aluminum iron salt industry needed to gradually change from the previous extension development mode to the connotation development mode.

Key words: carbon peak, carbon neutralization, excess sludge, inorganic aluminum and iron salt, sewage treatment
