钴掺杂蒙脱土改性材料的制备及吸附机理的研究

摘要: 以蒙脱土为基质,利用离子交换法合成了具有优良吸附性能的钴掺杂蒙脱土改性材料。采用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、电子能谱(EDS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和孔径比表面分析(BET)对复合材料进行表征,并对其吸附机理及性能做了探讨和测试。结果表明,离子交换法成功地将钴掺杂到蒙脱土的层间;复合材料对亚甲基蓝的吸附机理在一定浓度范围内均满足Freundlich和Langmuir吸附模型;钴的掺杂量为5%(质量分数)时复合材料的性能达到最佳,此时复合材料的比表面积达到176.38 m2/g,其吸附量达到0.399 8 mmol/g。

Abstract: Co-doped montmorillonite composites with excellent adsorption performance were synthesized by ion exchange method with montmorillonite as basic material.Composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron diffraction spectrum(EDS),FT-IR,and nitrogen adsorption(BET) techniques.The adsorption mechanism and performance of the composites were discussed and tested.The experiment results indicated that the cobalt was doped into the interlayers of montmorillonite successfully.The adsorption mechanism of composites accorded with Freundlich and Langmuir adsorption models in appropriate methylene blue(MB) concentration.When the mass fraction of cobalt was 5%,he performance of composites was the best,and the specific surface areas and adsorbance of composites reached 176.38 m2/g and 0.399 8 mmol/g,respectively.
