电场强化氯化铵法浸取毒重石的实验研究

摘要: 在外加电场强化的条件下,实验采用氯化铵法浸取毒重石,考察了液固质量比、氯化铵用量、阳极电流密度、反应温度和浸出时间等因素对钡浸取率的影响。实验结果表明,当液固质量比为5∶1,阳极电流密度为900 A/m2,原矿石与氯化铵质量比为1∶1,温度为90 ℃,浸取时间为3 h时,钡的浸取率高达91.53%。与传统的氯化铵法相比,电场强化下的钡矿浸取率提高了10.42%。

Abstract: Electric field intensification process was experimentally employed to leach witherite with NH4Cl.Factors,including the mass ratio of liquid to solid,dosage of NH4Cl,anode current density,reaction temperature,and leaching time etc.,associated with leaching rate were investigated.Results showed that leaching rate of barium was 91.53% when mass ratio of liquid to solid was 5∶1,anodic current density was 900 A/m2,and mass ratio of ore to NH4Cl was 1∶1 at 90 ℃ for 3 h.Compared with the leaching process without electric field intensification,the leaching rate of barium was improved by 10.42%.
