天青石精矿粉制备碳酸锶实验研究

摘要: 采用碳还原法由天青石制备碳酸锶,研究了物质的量比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、固液质量比、浸取时间等因素对锶利用率的影响,采用正交实验确定了最优锶收率工艺:天青石矿和还原煤物质的量比为5.7∶1、物料焙烧温度为1 150 ℃、焙烧时间为40 min、固液质量比为1∶14、浸取时间为2.2 h。本研究可为提高锶资源的利用率提供参考。

Abstract: Strontium carbonate was prepared from lapis lazuli by using carbon reduction method.The influences of the amount-of-substance ratio,roasting temperature,roasting time,mass ratio of solid to liquid,and leaching time etc.on the utilization ratio of strontium were investigated.The optimal strontium recovery was determined by orthogonal experiment,i.e. amount-of-substance ratio of lapis lazuli to coal was 5.7∶1,roasting temperature was 1 150 ℃,roasting time was 40 min,mass ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶14,and leaching time was 2.2 h.The study can provide a reference for raising the utilization of strontium resources.
