摘要: 综合叙述了硫酸法钛白粉生产技术中硫酸分解钛原料的酸解工艺技术;回顾了间歇酸解工艺技术的生产与控制,硫酸与钛原料的几种预混方式,间歇还原与连续还原的工艺;讨论了国内外现有的连续酸解商业生产工艺技术的生产工艺和设备,现有连续酸解生产存在的利弊;展望了一些新的连续酸解工艺技术,有助于生产者节能减排,优化工艺技术,提高效率及降低成本。

关键词: 钛白粉, 硫酸法, 酸解技术

Abstract: Acidolysis techniques for titanium dioxide production by sulfuric acid process were summarized.The production and control of batch acidolysis technique,premixing ways of the titanium ore and sulfuric acid,and the techniques of intermittent and continuous reduction were reviewed.The existing continuous acidolysis techniques and equipment in commercial production in China and abroad as well as their pros and cons were discussed.Some new continuous acidolysis techniques which will help producers to realize energy saving and emission reduction,technology optimization,efficiency improvement, and cost reduction were prospected.
