Abstract: Combined with market demand，national policies and regulations，development characteristics of industry as well as the public patent literatures of State Intellectual Property Office，production processes and process classification of potassium fluoborate were collected and disposed.Various process general situations，process flows，process key points and difficulties，which are suitable for industrial production were elaborated and analyzed.The process evaluation was also made according to the characteristics of each process.At the end，the future research direction and focus were described based on the resource status，which will make a technical basis for further reducing the production cost，improving product quality，and for enhancing market competitiveness of potassium borofluoride.
