引入高温炭隔离相高分子网络法 制备单分散α-氧化铝纳米颗粒

摘要: 为制备α-氧化铝的稳定相,氧化铝需要经过高温相变。在使用高分子网络法制备α-氧化铝纳米颗粒过程中,引入高温隔离相能够阻止氧化铝颗粒发生团聚。通过这种手段可以制备出单分散α-氧化铝纳米颗粒。实验是建立在高分子网络法基础上,并应用炭隔离的方法制备单分散α-氧化铝纳米颗粒。实验方法:将网络剂2-丙烯酰胺、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺和引发剂过硫酸铵溶于硝酸铝水溶液中,利用2-丙烯酰胺自由基聚合反应以及N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺分子中两个活泼双键的双功能团效应,将高分子链联结起来构成网络,经过水浴聚合、干燥过程形成干凝胶,使硝酸铝均匀地分散在其中,然后经过高温炭化、研磨、高温相变、除炭以及离心洗涤等过程得到了具有良好分散性、直径大约在10 nm的α-氧化铝纳米颗粒。

Abstract: In order to get the stable α-Al2O3 phase,Al2O3 needs to go through a high-temperature phase transformation.In the preparation process of α-Al2O3 nanoparticles by polymer network method,the agglomeration of alumina particles can be prevented by a high-temperature isolation phase,and thus high quality monodispersed α-Al2O3 nanoparticles can be prepared. Monodispersed α-Al2O3 nanoparticles were obtained by using carbon as an isolation phase based on a polymer network method. Experiment method:the network agents,2-acrylamide and N,N-dimethyl acrylamide,as well as initiator,ammonium persulfate,were put into aluminium nitrate water solution.Taking the advantage of the polymerization of free radicals of 2-acrylamide and of bifunctional effect of two active double-bonds of N,N-dimethyl acrylamide molecules,the polymer chains were bound to network.Then the dry gel was formed through water bath polymerization and drying.Aluminium nitrate was dispersed in the gel evenly,and finally the high dispersed α-Al2O3 nanoparticles with diameter about 10 nm were obtained after high temperature carbonization,crushing,high temperature phase transformation,carbon removing,and centrifugal washing etc.
