改性聚环氧琥珀酸对纳米碳酸钙分散性的研究

摘要: 为避免纳米碳酸钙在水中团聚,采用可生物降解的改性聚环氧琥珀酸作为分散剂。由于改性聚环氧琥珀酸结构单元中有强极性磺酸基团,增强了分散液粒子之间的静电斥力。与聚环氧琥珀酸相比,改性聚环氧琥珀酸作分散剂时纳米碳酸钙悬浊液的稳定性更好,分散液粒子的粒径更小,流动性更好。将三聚磷酸钠作协同分散剂与其配合使用后,可显著提高改性聚环氧琥珀酸对纳米碳酸钙的分散效果。

Abstract: n order to avoid the agglomeration of nano-sized CaCO3 in water,biodegradable modified polyepoxysulfosuccinic acid was used as the dispersant.Due to its structural unit containing strong polar sulfonate acid group,the electrostatic repulsion force among particles in the suspension was increased.When it was employed as dispersant,nano-sized CaCO3 slurry had better stability,smaller particle size,and better flowability compared with unmodified polyepoxysulfosuccinic acid.When co-operating with sodium tripolyphosphate,which used as the assistant dispersant,the dispersion effect of modified polyepoxysulfosuccinic acid on nano-sized CaCO3 were obviously increased.
