Abstract: The traditional process adopted batch crystallization to eliminate Na2CO3·10H2O in hydrazine hydrate. But there were many disadvantages in the process of batch crystallization, such as serious scarring, small production capacity, and high labor intensity. The method of using continuous DTB cooling crystallizer in eliminating Na2CO3·10H2O in hydrazine hydrate.was introduced. The continuous crystallization process overcame the shortcomings of the intermittent crystallization process. The introduction of DTB cooling crystallizer in eliminating Na2CO3·10H2O in hydrazine hydrate could drop its mass fraction from 12.03% to 0.55%.It also told how DTB cooling crystallizer works and also briefly introduced the key design points of cooling crystallization equipment and its associated equipment.
