Abstract: Lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO₄) with olivine structure was prepared from the precursor by  co-precipitation method in liquid phase.The conditions of this technology were relatively loose,which were convenient for prepareing and for controlling the consistency of quality.Product was characterized by the means of XRD,SEM,and electrochemistry test.Results showed that the product had the olivine crystal structure;it also had spherical shape with the diameter of about 1~2 μm;the first discharge capacity at room temperature was 135 mA•h/g,and the capacity retained nearly 96.3% after 20 cycles.
