Abstract:

In order to understand the order of the effect of admixtures on the properties of foamed desulfurized gypsum materials, the desulfurized building gypsum was mixed with composite portland cement, granulated blast furnace slag powder and microsilica powder based on the method of orthogonal test. The foamed desulfurized gypsum-based composite cementitious material was prepared by the method of physical foaming, the physical and mechanical properties of the hardened body of the foamed desulfurized gypsum-based composite material were studied, and the influence factors were judged by combining the range and variance analysis..The results showed that the micro-silica powder was an important factor affecting the strength, water absorption and dry density, while the granulated blast furnace slag powder mainly affected the softening coefficient.Combined with the actual application requirements of the project, the optimal test scheme of foamed desulfurization gypsum-based composites was A2B1C2 through range and variance analysis. The content of composite Portland cement was 12%,the content of slag powder was 10%,and the content of microsilica powder was 10%.
