Research status of FeTiO3 materials

Abstract:

FeTiO3 is a typical ilmenite titanate,and its properties indicate that FeTiO3 has rich physical and chemical perfor-mance.The preparation method,modification method and performance research status of FeTiO3 at present were summarized, and the shortcoming in the current research was analyzed,for example,there were few modification methods.As the anode material of lithium ion battery,the capacity attenuation was serious at high magnification rate.In the future,the microstructure of FeTiO3 could be regulated by changing the preparation process or ion doping,so as to improve its physical and chemical properties,to provide some references for the future performance research and apply of FeTiO3.
