摘要: 硫化钙与磷石膏之间的固-固反应,以生成氧化钙和二氧化硫的反应为优势反应,同时反应中存在许多副反应。考虑到实际工业生产情况,在高温管式炉中,控制硫化钙与硫酸钙物质的量比为1.2∶3,在氮气、二氧化硫混合气氛基础上,逐步引入二氧化碳、一氧化碳、氧气等气氛,研究外加气氛对磷石膏分解率的影响。结果表明,不同的气氛对固-固反应有不同的影响。高物质的量分数的二氧化硫和氧气会抑制反应,使得磷石膏分解率大幅度降低;一氧化碳可以促进磷石膏的分解;二氧化碳的存在对反应几乎没有影响。

Abstract: The solid-solid reaction to generate CaO and SO2 is the dominant reaction between CaS and phosphogypsum. Meanwhile,there are several side effects among the reaction system.Taking into account the actual industrial production,the reaction is carried out in the high-temperature tube furnace with n(CaS)∶n(CaSO4)=1.2∶3,which is based on the mixed atmosphere of N2 and SO2.What′s more, three gases including CO2,CO, and O2 are introduced into the mixed atmosphere gradually to study the influence of atmosphere for the decomposition rate of phosphogypsum. Results show that different atmosphere have different effects on the solid-solid reaction between CaS and CaSO4.A high molar concentration of SO2 and O2 will inhibit the reaction,which significantly reduces the decomposition rate of phosphogypsum.And CO can promote the decomposition of phosphogypsum.But the presence of CO2 has little influence on the reaction.
