低品位多金属铅锑硫化矿中湿法提取锑工艺研究

摘要: 通过研究氯化湿法浸取低品位多金属铅锑硫化矿工艺,得到提取锑最佳工艺条件:通氯气的量为理论量的1.2倍、温度为90 ℃、浸取时间为4 h、固液质量体积比为1/4 g/mL。在最佳工艺条件下,锑的浸取率为99.5%,浸取液循环使用4次后锑浸取率无明显变化。该工艺解决了复杂多金属铅锑硫化矿通过选矿不能解决的多金属分离问题,在氯化浸取过程中很好地实现了锑的分离,矿产资源的利用程度大大提高,有利于资源综合开发利用和环境保护。

Abstract: By researching on chloridizing leaching process of antimony from the low grade multi-metal Sb-Pb sulphide ore, the optimum conditions were obtained as follows: the amount of chlorine gas was 1.2 times of theoretical amount,leaching temperature was 90 ℃,leaching time was 4 h,and ratio of liquid to solid was 4 mL/g.The leaching rate of antimony was 99.5% under the optimum conditons,and no significant change of leaching rate of antimony was found in the 4 times of recycled leaching liquid.The technology could solve the problem of multiple metal separation of multi-metal Sb-Pb sulphide ore other than mineral separation,and realized the separation of antimony in the process of chloridizing leaching,mineral resources will get comprehensive utilization greatly,and it was beneficial to facilitate the comprehensive development and utilization of resources and environmental protection.
