并加法制备超细二氧化硅

摘要: 以Na2O·3.27SiO2和硫酸为原料,采用并加法制备形状较好、粒度分布均匀、孔径在2~20 nm的超细二氧化硅。用吸油值、BET、SEM、FT-IR、XRD等方法对其进行表征,并考察了原料加入速度、表面活性剂、洗涤剂等对制备二氧化硅粉体的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:Na2O·3.27SiO2加入速度为70 r/min,无表面活性剂加入,使用乙醇洗涤,85 ℃干燥2 h后100 ℃干燥2 h。在最佳反应条件下制得的二氧化硅粉体颗粒大部分呈圆形或椭圆形,形状较好,粒度分布比较均匀,比表面积为222.7 m2/g,平均孔径为16.95 nm。

Abstract: The highly dispersed superfine silica powder with good shape,uniform particle size distribution,and pore size of 2~ 20 nm was prepared by parallel feed-in chemical method with sodium silicate(Na2O·3.27SiO2) and sulfuric acid as raw materials.The basic performance of SiO2 powder had been characterized by means of oil absorption value,BET,SEM,FT-IR, and XRD.The effects of several technical factors,such as the adding speed,surfactants,and detergents,on the silica powder were studied.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:adding speed of Na2O·3.27SiO2 was 70 r/min,no surfactant was added,ethanol was used as the detergent,drying at 85 ℃ for 2 h,and then went on drying at 100 ℃ for 2 h.Under those conditions silica particles were round or oval,in good shape and uniformly distributed.The surface area was 222.7 m2/g and the average pore size was 16.95 nm.
