摘要: 多晶硅是制备单晶硅和太阳能电池的原材料,是全球电子工业和光伏产业的基石。综述了太阳能级多晶硅的制备方法(包括化学法和冶金法)以及中国多晶硅的生产现状。指出冶金法和化学法中的钠还原法,由于具有能耗低、无有毒气体排放的特点,将是今后中国具有发展前景的太阳能级多晶硅的生产工艺。

Abstract: Polysilicon is the  raw material for producing of monocrystalline silicon and solar cells,so it is the cornerstone of the electronics industry and the photovoltaic industry in the world.The preparation methods of solar-grade polysilicon and the production status of China′s polysilicon were summarized.It was proposed that metallurgy method and sodium reduction method(chemical method) had good prospect for the production of solar-grade polysilicon in China in the future,due to their characters of low energy consumption and no toxic gas emission.
