TCDTO-1脱烯烃精制剂在国产化芳烃装置的应用

Application of TCDTO-1 olefin-removal refinement catalyst in domestic-manufactured aromatics units

摘要:

中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司0.6 Mt/a芳烃联合装置重整生成油脱烯烃原设计需采用白土,运行期间白土更换频繁、固体废弃物产量大、工人劳动强度高。与白土相比,TCDTO-1精制催化剂具有单程寿命长、脱烯率高及可反复再生且环保的特点,因此采用该精制剂替代活性白土。通过近1 800 d、4塔、11周期运行数据表明,TCDTO-1精制剂单程寿命为100~220 d,总寿命为370~690 d,每1 t精制剂单程处理原料为2 400~7 700 t、全寿命周期累计处理原料量为11 000~21 000 t,主要受原料性质、加工负荷、再生剂活性等因素影响,运行效果良好,满足装置生产需求。

Abstract:

Active clay was expected to load into the 0.6 Mt/a aromatic combined unit to remove the olefins from reformate originally.However,the active clay has severe disadvantages of frequent replacement during operation,immense solid waste emission and harsh labor intensity.Compared with active clay,TCDTO-1 refinement catalyst features long single lifetime,high olefin removal rate,recyclability and environmental-friendly.Thus,TCDTO-1 catalyst was employed to replace the active clay.The running data of TCDTO-1 were collected from 4 columns in 1 800 d during 11cycles.The results demonstrated that the single lifetime of TCDTO-1 refinement catalyst was roughly 100~220 d,the total lifetime was 370~690 d,the single raw material process capacity of TCDTO-1 was 2 400~7 700 t per ton,the raw material process capacity of TCDTO-1 was 11 000~21 000 t in its total lifetime.The lifetime of TCDTO-1 would be impacted by properties of raw material,process load,the activity of regenerated catalyst and so on.In conclusion,the process and unit ran remarkably with the employment of TCDTO-1.TCDTO-1 refinement catalyst could meet the requirement of process operation well.
