固载表面活性剂的凹土催化剂的制备及应用

Preparation and application of attapulgite catalyst with immobilized surfactant

摘要:

以凹凸棒石黏土(简称“凹土”)为载体,相转移催化剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)为活性组分,采用浸渍回流法制备凹土基相转移催化剂(APC)。以催化剂的固载率为评价指标,考察了固载温度、CTMAB浓度、固载时间等因素对APC活性的影响,确定了最佳固载工艺。采用XRD、FT-IR等技术对APC结构做了表征。以苯扎贝特(BZ)的合成反应为模型反应,通过BZ粗品中收率与粗品中BZ含量为考察指标评判APC的催化性能。结果表明:凹土在80 ℃下与CTMAB固载2 h所得APC固载率为14.06%。与传统合成工艺相比,APC催化模型反应所得BZ粗品收率由原来的87.6%提升至92.6%,其中BZ质量分数由86.3%提升至93.4%,且该催化剂可以不经分离而直接用于重结晶中的脱色吸附剂。

Abstract:

The attapulgite phase transfer catalyst(APC) was prepared by dipping reflux method with attapulgite clay(hereinafter referred to as concave soil) as the carrier and phase transfer catalyst cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB) as the active component.The effect of fixed load temperature,CTMAB concentration and fixed time on the activity of APC was investigated with the solid loading rate of catalyst as the evaluation index to determine the optimal solid loading technology.The structure of APC was characterized by XRD and FT-IR.The catalytic performance of APC was evaluated by BZ crude yield and BZ content in crude products with the synthesis of BZ as model reaction.The results showed that the APC loading rate of the attapulgite was 14.06% under the condition of 80 ℃ and CTMAB for 2 h,compared with the traditional synthesis process,the BZ coarse product yield of the APC catalytic model raised from 87.6% to 92.6%,the BZ mass fraction increased from 86.3% to 93.4%,and the catalyst could be used directly without separation to decolorize adsorbent of recrystallization.
