铅酸电池管式正极添加四碱式硫酸铅晶种的研究

Study on 4BS crystal seeds into tubular positive plates of lead batteries

摘要:

在铅酸电池正极铅粉中加入一定量的四碱式硫酸铅(4BS),按照工业化的操作工艺,制备出原料中4BS含量不同的正极板,并与常规负极板组装成小电池。对正极的初始容量和循环寿命等电化学性能做了测试,结果表明,在添加粒径为1.5 μm的4BS质量分数达1%时,65 ℃固化后,正极初始容量和循环寿命分别为未加4BS正极的1.02倍和1.06倍,4BS的加入提升了电池容量和电池寿命等的综合性能;XRD结果显示,原料中加4BS的正极中β-PbO2含量稍高于未加4BS的正极;SEM结果显示,加4BS的正极活性物质更细小,大小更均匀。

Abstract:

A certain amount of tetrabasic lead sulphate(4BS)was added to the positive lead powder of lead-acid batteries to produce the positive plates with the raw materials containing different volume of 4BS by the industrialized operation,being combined with regular negative ones to form small batteries.The initial capacity,cycle life and other electro-chemical performance of the positive was measured.The results indicated that with the addition of 4BS with the mass fraction of 1% and grain diameter of 1.5 μm into the raw materials and then being solidified at 65 ℃,the initial capacity and cycle life of positive plates were respectively 1.02 and 1.06 times than those without the addition of 4BS.The addition of 4BS enhanced the comprehensive performance such as battery′s capacity and life.The XRD spectrum showed that the positive plates with the addition of 4BS into the raw materials were higher in content of β-PbO2 than those without the addition of 4BS while the SEM revealed that the active substance was more fine and even in the positive plates with the addition of 4BS.
