摘要: 在蒸水量一定的条件下,蒸发面积和汽耗比是蒸发操作、设计及投资的主要依据。建立了多效蒸发的简易数学模型。以处理氯化钠废水(处理量为8 t/h、氯化钠质量分数为12%)为例,采用试差法计算手段,在蒸水量一定的前提下,分析了蒸发效数、生蒸汽温度、末效蒸汽温度对蒸发面积、系统汽耗比的影响,为氯化钠多效蒸发浓缩装置在工业生产中的实际应用提供了参考依据。

Abstract: Under certain conditions of evaporation,evaporation area and steam consumption ratio are the main basis of evapo- ration operation,design,and investment.A simple mathematical model of multi-effect evaporation was established.With sodium chloride wastewater(8 t/h capacity,mass fraction of 12%) for example,by using trial and error method,on the basis of the evaporation of water stays the same,the influence of the number of evaporation effects,live steam temperature,and effect evaporation temperature at the end of the system on evaporation area and steam consumption ratio were analyzed.The analy- sis of sodium chloride multi-effect evaporation will provide referential basis for the practical application in industrial produc- tion.
