摘要: 以钾石盐为原料,以降低回收低品位钾资源能耗为目的,采用三层水平灌注的方法进行了钾石盐太阳池的构建实验,模拟15 ℃环境温度进行了太阳池运行实验,以及利用太阳池下对流层溶液制备氯化钾实验。结果表明:钾石盐太阳池能有效聚集太阳能,运行稳定时下对流层最高温度达到43 ℃,将钾石盐太阳池底部温度和密度较高的溶液取出,冷却结晶制得工业级氯化钾。

Abstract: In order to reduce energy consumption,sylvite was used as raw material during the process of recovery of low grade potassium resources.Three layers level perfusion was adopted for sylvite solar pond construction test.In this paper,solar pond running test was carried out under the simulating environment temperature of 15 ℃ and lower troposphere solution of solar pond was utilized to prepare potassium chloride.Results showed that the sylvite solar pond can effectively aggregate solar energy,and the highest temperature can reach 43 ℃ in the lower troposphere during the stable operation.The solution with higher temperature and density from the bottom of sylvite solar pond can be prepared for industrial grade potassium chloride products through the cooling crystallization.
