摘要: 锰阳极泥是一种含有酸溶杂质的电解锰副产品,锰含量较高,且主要以二氧化锰形式存在。若将其回收利用制作成二氧化锰产品,还需进一步提高纯度。由于二氧化锰不溶于硝酸,添加少量硝酸对渣样进行酸洗,绝大多数的酸溶性杂质及少量低价化合物被去除。实验结果表明,硝酸酸洗最佳工艺为:温度为80 ℃、硝酸用量为30 mL、时间为60 min、液固体积质量比为4 mL/g。酸洗后获得锰质量分数约为55%、二氧化锰质量分数约为88%的产品。

Abstract: Manganese anode slime is a kind of by-product of electrolytic manganese containing acid soluble impurities.Its component of manganese is relatively high and it exists mainly in the form of manganese dioxide.To recycle manganese dioxide products,it needs to further purification.As manganese dioxide is insoluble in nitric acid,if adding a small amount of nitric acid in the pickling process of slag samples,the vast majority of acid-soluble impurities and a small amount of low valence compounds will be removed.Results showed that the optimum conditions of nitric acid pickling as follows:temperature was 80 ℃,amount of nitric acid was 30 mL,time was 60 min,and liquid-solid(volume/mass) ratio was 4 mL/g.After pickling,the product with manganese mass fraction of about 55%,and manganese dioxide mass fraction of about 88% could be obtained.
