激光粒度仪测定超细碳化硅粉体粒度研究

摘要: 以蒸馏水为分散介质,采用激光粒度仪对超细碳化硅粉体粒径进行测定。考察了超声波分散功率、超声波分散时间、分散剂种类、分散剂用量、遮光比等因素对超细碳化硅粉体粒径测定的影响。确定了测试超细碳化硅粉体粒径的最佳条件:超声波分散功率为200 W,超声波分散时间为10 min,选择质量浓度为2.0 g/L的聚乙二醇2000作为分散剂,遮光比为10.0%。在此条件下超细碳化硅粉体的粒度分析结果重现性好、数据比较准确。

Abstract: The particle size of ultrafine silicon carbide powder was measured by laser grainsize analyzer with the distilled water as the dispersion medium.The effects of ultrasonic dispersing power,ultrasonic dispersing time,types of dispersant,content of dispersant,and ratio of shading on the partice size determination of superfine SiC powder were investigated.The optimum determination conditions were obtained as follows:the ultrasonic dispersing power was 200 W,the ultrasonic dispersing time was 10 min,polyethylene glycol(2000) with mass concentration of 2.0 g/L was used as the dispersant,and the ratio of shading was 10.0%.The repeatability and reliability of the data determined by laser grainsize analyzer were fine under these conditions.
