高活性氧化铜的制备工艺研究

摘要: 以硫酸铜、氢氧化钠为主要原料,采用络合沉淀法,通过加入合适的助剂制得高活性氧化铜。研究了助剂种类、络合剂种类等对产品质量的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。XRD、SEM及光学显微等分析结果表明,产品中只存在单一的氧化铜相,产品的分散性较好,呈近似球状颗粒,粒径在1~2 μm左右。化学分析结果表明,活性氧化铜的纯度在99%以上、溶解时间为15 s左右。

Abstract: The high activity copper oxide was prepared by complex precipitation method with the proper assistants,using copper sulfate and sodium hydroxide as the main raw materials.The effects of complex agents,assistants,and calcination temperature on the property of the product were studied in detail to determine the optimum conditions.The as-prepared product was characterized by SEM,XRD,and optical microscope.Results showed that the obtained product had not only a single copper oxide phase with uniform diversion,but also had a spherical-like morphology with diameter of about 1~2 μm.The chemical analysis showed that the activity copper oxide had a purity of more than 99%,and the dissolution time was about 15 s.
