高分子比人造冰晶石产品的脱硅

摘要: 湿法磷酸副产物氟硅酸直接生产得到的高分子比冰晶石,含有一定量的二氧化硅,有时高达1%(质量分数),若要达到产品合格标准则必须进行脱硅处理。通过理论分析了产品中二氧化硅含量高的成因及脱除思路,将产品经过酸洗涤、碱洗涤、高温煅烧等方法进行脱除处理实验,并分析二氧化硅的脱除效果及对产品的影响。最终得到合格的高分子比冰晶石产品,得出氢氟酸浸泡及400 ℃高温煅烧处理能得到二氧化硅合格的高分子比冰 晶石。

Abstract: The cryolite with high molecular ratio that prepared by wet process phosphoric acid by-product fluosilicic acid con- taining a certain amount of silica,sometimes it was as high as 1%(mass fraction).In order to achieve the standards,the pro- ducts must carry out the desilication treatment.The causes and removal ideas for  high silica content in the product were theo- retically analyzed.Then the desilication experiments were made through acid washing,alkali washing,high temperature calci- nations,and other methods,and the effect of silica removal and its influence on the product were analyzed.Finally,qualified cryolite product with high molecular ratio was obtained,under the conditions of hydrofluoric acid leaching and calcination treatment at 400 ℃.
