摘要: 氨基钠在化学工业及药物合成领域中有着广泛的应用。研究了以金属钠和液氨在氢气存在下制备氨基钠的方法,考察了反应温度、压力、原料配比等对产品质量的影响。将金属钠溶解在一定量的液氨中,然后转入高压反应釜密封,通入少量氢气吹出釜内空气,然后加热到50 ℃,搅拌反应1 h,可得到氨基钠质量分数为92%的产品。该方法方便快捷,合成周期短,无需催化,产品纯度高,色泽好,具有重要的应用前景。

Abstract: Sodium amide has been applied extensively in chemical industry and synthesis of medicaments.The synthesis technology of sodium amide from sodium and liquid ammonia in the presence of hydrogen was studied.The influences of reac- tion temperature,pressure,and mixture ratio of raw materials etc.on the product quality were investigated.Sodium was dis- solved into a certain amount of liquid ammonia,and the mixture was moved into a high-pressure reaction vessel.Then hydro- gen was filled into the vessel to replace air,and then it was heated up to 50 ℃ with stirring for 1 h.The sodium amide product with mass fraction of 92% could be gained.The synthesis technology will have an important application prospect as it is sim- ple,cycle-short,catalyst-free,purity-high,and color-good.
