改性对高钛渣酸解性能的影响研究

摘要: 以碳酸钠为改性剂,研究了改性剂配比、焙烧温度和焙烧时间对高钛渣酸解性能的影响。研究结果表明焙烧改性的适宜条件:焙烧温度为850 ℃,碳酸钠与高钛渣质量比为0.7,焙烧时间为3 h。对改性后的高钛渣进行酸解,在溶解温度为60 ℃、溶解时间为4 h、固液质量比为1∶6条件下,钛的溶出率可以达到97.48%。

Abstract: With Na2CO3 as the modifier,the effect of modifier content,roasting temperature,and roasting time on the acidolysis performance of high-titanium slag had been investigated.Research results showed that the better experimental conditions of modification were that the temperature was 850 ℃,the mass ratio of Na2CO3 to high-titanium slag was 0.7,and the roasting time was 3 h.The modified high-titanium slag was used in the acidolysis.Under the conditions of dissolving temperature of 60 ℃,dissolving time of 4 h and mass ratio of solid to liquid of 1∶6,the dissolving rate of Ti reached 97.48%.
