MA-BA-BMA三元共聚物改性重钙粉体的研究

摘要: 以马来酸酐(MA)-丙烯酰胺(BA)-甲基丙烯酸正丁酯(BMA)三元共聚物为改性剂改性重质碳酸钙粉体(简称重钙粉体)。研究了改性剂用量、改性时间、改性温度、搅拌速度对重钙粉体改性效果的影响,并以沉降体积、吸油值、黏度、白度、接触角、活化度、粒度、形貌等为评价指标对重钙粉体的改性效果进行评价。结果表明,MA-BA-BMA三元共聚物对重钙粉体的改性效果良好。通过单因素试验和正交试验得到改性重钙粉体的优化条件:改性剂用量(改性剂相对于重钙粉体的质量分数)为2%,改性温度为85 ℃,改性时间为120 min,搅拌速度为500 r/min。

Abstract: Ground calcium carbonate powder(GCC)was modified with poly(maleic anhydride-acrylamide-n-butyl methacrylate) terpolymer as the modifier.The influences of modifier amount,modification time,modification temperature,and stirring speed on the modifying effect of GCC were investigated.Furthermore,the modifying effect was also evaluated by the indexes,such as sedimentation volume,oil absorbed value,viscosity,whiteness,contact angle,degree of activation,particle size,and morphology etc..Results showed the modifying effect of P(MA-BA-BMA) terpolymer was good. Through single factor and orthogonal experiments,the optimal modification conditions were obtained as follows:modifier amount was 2 %,modification temperature was 85 ℃,modification time was 120 min,and stirring speed was 500 r/min.
