以白云岩矿制备镁化合物联产硫酸钾工艺研究

摘要: 针对现有白云岩矿综合利用方法存在的工艺流程长、设备投资大、资源利用水平低、产品附加值不高等不足,研究采用硫酸酸浸法处理白云岩矿制备镁化合物并对酸浸过程中产生的钙化合物进行处理。该方法在制得碳酸钙的同时,制备出了应用较为广泛、附加值较高的硫酸钾及氯化钾铵农用肥料。在优化工艺条件下,碳铵中氮的转化率为93.82%,钾转化率在80%以上,钾的总收率达到98%以上。

Abstract: In view of the shortcomings,such as long technological process,large equipment investment,low level of resource utilization,and not high additional value of products,in the existing comprehensive utilization methods,a new preparation technology of magnesium compound by sulfuric acid leaching of dolomite was studied and calcium compound generated in the acid leaching process was treated at the same time.Besides calcium carbonate,the potassium sulfate and ammonium potassium chloride agricultural fertilizer with higher added value and wider application was also prepared by this technology.Under the optimized conditions,conversion rate of nitrogen in ammonium bicarbonate was 93.82%,potassium conversion rate was over 80%,and total potassium yield was more than 98%.
