摘要: 主要研究了由工业铬酸酐高温煅烧制得的氧化铬绿颜料用还原剂AJ03干法解毒的过程,以及还原剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对氧化铬绿解毒效果的影响。结果表明,还原剂AJ03加入量为铬酸酐质量的0.5%时,在1 100 ℃以上至少高温煅烧4 h,氧化铬绿颜料中水溶铬质量分数可降至5.0×10-5以下,具有良好的解毒效果。

Abstract: The drying detoxification process of chrome oxide green pigment,which was synthesized from calcining chromic anhydride in high-temperature,with reductant,AJ03 was mainly studied. Influences of reductant dosage,reaction temperature,and reaction time on detoxification effect of chrome oxide green were also investigated.Results showed when the dosage of reductant AJ03 was 0.5% of the mass of chromic anhydride,calcining time and temperature were above 4 h and 1 100 ℃, detoxification effect was the best,because water soluble chromium in chrome oxide green pigment could reduce to less than 5.0×10-5 then.
