含氟废渣再生冰晶石工艺研究

摘要: 结合循环经济的基本特征,从氟资源循环利用的角度分析了遵循氟资源循环利用的3个环节。主要阐述了电解铝行业和光伏行业副产的氟产品回收以及循环利用的工艺技术的研究与开发,详述了含氟废气物来源以及质量指标、工艺方法和工艺流程优化等关键工艺技术。此外,还从产品质量对比、工业化设备选型以及经济效益等方面来说明工业化实施的可行性,以及推广应用后产生的环保效益和社会效益。

关键词: 循环经济, 氟资源, 光伏, 电解铝, 冰晶石

Abstract: Combined with the basic characteristics of circular economy,three important links that followed by the fluorine resources recycling were analyzed from the perspective of the fluorine recycling.The recycling of fluorine-contained by-product from electrolytic aluminum industry and photovoltaic industry,as well as the its recycling technology′s research and development was mainly introduced.Sources of fluorine-contained waste,quality indexes,process methods,and optimization of process flow etc.were described in detail.In addition,the feasibility of industrialization was proved from the product quality contrast,industrial equipment selection,and economic benefit etc..The environmental and social benefits generated from the application and extension were also pointed out.
