聚苯乙烯磺酸钠调控制备球状碳酸铈颗粒研究

摘要: 采用气相扩散法,通过添加聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS),制备了球状碳酸铈粒子。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)等对产品进行表征分析。结果表明:PSS可以改变碳酸铈的形貌,当PSS质量浓度为0.50 g/L、Ce(NO3)3浓度为0.07 mol/L时,得到分散均匀、粒径为3 μm左右的球状碳酸铈粒子。同时对其形貌控制机理进行了初步探讨。

Abstract: Spherical cerium carbonate[Ce2(CO33] particles were prepared by gas phase diffusion process through adding sodium polystyrene sulfonate(PSS).Scanning electron microscope (SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) were used to characterize the products. Results showed that PSS was able to change the morphology of cerium carbonate;when the mass concentration of PSS was 0.50 g/L and the concentration of Ce(NO33 was 0.07 mol/L,uniformly dispersed spherical Ce2(CO33 particles with particle size of about 3 μm were obtained.At the same time,preliminary diseussion was also made on the mechanism of morphology control.
