醇-水盐溶液加热法制备纳米氧化锆工艺研究

摘要: 以氧氯化锆为原料,通过醇水环境下的水解反应制得溶胶状锆盐,经过超声波分散和氨水沉淀等过程制得氧化锆前躯体,再经干燥和焙烧制备出纳米氧化锆。采用红外光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM)等对合成过程和最终产品的性能进行了测试和表征。结果表明,在醇水体积比为5∶1、锆盐浓度为0.1 mol/L、聚乙二醇用量为10%(物质的量分数)、焙烧温度为650 ℃条件下,可制备出纳米氧化锆粉体,其分散性好且颗粒细小均匀。

Abstract: Sol-like zirconium salt was firstly prepared by hydrolysis reaction in the condition of alcohol-aqueous system with zirconium oxychloride as raw material,and then zirconia precursor was obtained after ultrasonic dispersion and ammonia precipitation etc..Nano-sized zirconia was finally prepared through drying and calcining.Synthesis process and performance of product were tested and characterized by techniques of IR,XRD,and SEM etc..Results showed well dispersed  nano-sized zirconia powders with tiny and uniform particles could be acquired,while under the conditions of volume ratio of alcohol-water was 5∶1,concentration of zirconium was 0.1 mol/L,PEG dosage was 10%(amount-of-substance fraction),and calcination temperature was 650 ℃.
