制取高纯八水氢氧化锶晶体颗粒的新方法

摘要: 将天青石经过煅烧制取的粗锶用热水浸取,加入工业氢氧化钠反应后冷却结晶制得粗品八水氢氧化锶。粗品八水氢氧化锶再经过脱硫、除杂、重结晶制得高纯八水氢氧化锶晶体颗粒。实验结果表明,此方法成本低、工艺流程短,选择合适的工艺控制条件,可使纯度达到99.0%以上,适合工业化生产。

Abstract: Coarse strontium was prepared at first by calcining celestite.After leaching by hot water,industrial NaOH was added,and then coarse strontium hydroxide octahydrate was prepared through cooling crystallization,After desulfurization,purification,and recrystallization,the high purity strontium hydroxide octahydrate crystal particles were obtained.Experiment results showed that,this method had low cost,short flow,and the product purity could reach over 99.0% under proper conditions. Therefore,it is suitable for industrial production.
