纳米氧化镁的制备及降解性能

摘要: 以六水氯化镁和氨水为主要原料制备纳米氧化镁,通过正交试验考察了Mg2+浓度、分散剂PEG-400用量、反应温度、陈化时间和缓冲剂冰醋酸的用量5个因素对晶粒粒径的影响,确定了纳米氧化镁的最佳工艺参数:缓冲剂冰醋酸用量为0.015 mol,Mg2+浓度为0.4 mol/L, 分散剂用量为5 mL,反应温度为60 ℃,反应时间为0 h,煅烧温度为550 ℃,煅烧时间为2 h。分析了单因素对纳米氧化镁晶粒的影响。选用对氧磷测试纳米氧化镁的吸附降解性,1 μL的对氧磷在5 min内被0.4 g氧化镁降解吸附了99.19%。1 g纳米氧化镁可降解吸附对氧磷194.9 mg。

Abstract: Nano-sized magnesium oxide was prepared with MgCl2·6H2O and NH3·H2O as main raw materials.Influences of five factors,such as Mg2 + concentration,PEG-400 dispersant dosage,reaction temperature,aging time,and buffering agent(glacial acetic acid) dosage,on crystalline size were investigated by orthogonal test.Optimum preparation parameters were determined as follows:buffering agent dosage was 0.015 mol,Mg2 + concentration was 0.4 mol/L,PEG-400 dosage was 5 mL,reaction temperature was 60 ℃,reaction time was 0 h,calcination temperature was 550 ℃,and calcination time was 2 h.Effects of single factor on the crystalline size were analyzed.Mimic paraoxon was selected to test the absorption and degradation of nano-sized MgO.Results showed that the absorption and degradation of 0.4 g nano-MgO to 1μL paraoxon reached 99.19% within 5 min.1 g nano-MgO could degrade and adsorb 194.9 mg paraoxon.
