摘要: 采用前驱体液相共沉淀法制备出橄榄石结构的磷酸亚铁锂样品。工艺条件相对宽松,便于材料的制备和产品品质一致性的控制。通过对实验样品进行X射线衍射(XRD)分析、扫描电镜(SEM)观察、电化学性能测试,表明制备的磷酸亚铁锂样品为纯相橄榄石结构,微观形貌为直径为1~2 μm的球形,在室温下首次放电比容量在135 mA•h/g左右,20次循环后容量保持率为96.3%。

Abstract: Lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4) with olivine structure was prepared from the precursor by  co-precipitation method in liquid phase.The conditions of this technology were relatively loose,which were convenient for prepareing and for controlling the consistency of quality.Product was characterized by the means of XRD,SEM,and electrochemistry test.Results showed that the product had the olivine crystal structure;it also had spherical shape with the diameter of about 1~2 μm;the first discharge capacity at room temperature was 135 mA•h/g,and the capacity retained nearly 96.3% after 20 cycles.
