赤泥碱回收的初步研究

摘要: 赤泥是氧化铝冶炼工业生产过程中排放的固体废弃物,它属于强碱废渣,是一种严重的碱性污染源。采用热水及氧化钙水浴法对强碱性赤泥进行脱碱过滤洗涤。实验结果表明,添加氧化钙后赤泥滤液中碱浓度明显高于未添加氧化钙的,且随氧化钙添加量的增加,赤泥滤液中的碱浓度升高。赤泥中氧化钙的添加量为5%(质量分数)时,滤渣水洗3次回收碱的效率最高,回收的碱量接近回收总量的3/4。水洗各组赤泥的洗涤液的pH改变不大,均只降低了约0.5。各组水洗回收碱的回收效率与前期反应处理方式的关系不大,回收率主要受洗涤次数的影响。

Abstract: Red mud,a solid waste residue of alumina refinery industrial production,is a serious basic source because of strong basicity.Experiments of dealkalization for alkaline red mud with hot water and CaO water bath method were carried out.Results showed that alkali concentration of CaO-added red mud filtrate was significantly higher than that without CaO,and the more CaO added,the higher of alkaline concentration of the filtrate.Efficient of alkali recovery of red mud with the addition 5% (mass fraction) CaO after three times washing was the highest,and the alkali recovery amount was close to the 3/4 of the total recovery amount.pH of each group of red mud washing liquid had little change and all decreased about 0.5.Efficient of alkali recovery of each group of washing liquid had little relation with the way of previous treatment of red mud,and it was mainly affected by times of washing.  
