摘要: 研究了沸石分子筛中主要和微量组分电感偶合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定方法。考察了溶样酸度、仪器条件对测定的影响,以及共存元素间的干扰情况,优化了工作条件。实验结果表明,常量元素相对标准偏差(RSD)<1%,回收率为98.6%;杂质元素RSD<7%,回收率为85%~112.1%。

Abstract: Inductive coupled plasma atom emission spectra (ICP-AES) analysis for main and trace elements of zeolite was studied.Influences of acidity of dissolved sample and instrument conditions on determination and the interfering among coexisting elements were investigated.Working conditions were also optimized.Results showed that the relative standard deviation (RSD) of main elements was less than 1%,and  recovery rate was 98.6%;and the RSD of trace elements was less than 7%,and recovery rate was at 85%~112.1% . 
