锯末天然模板辅助胶溶法合成γ型二氧化锰纳米棒

Synthesis of γ-MnO2 nanorods by colloidal chemical method with natural sawdust template

摘要: 以可再生、廉价、孔道丰富的锯末为天然模板,以氯化锰和氢氧化钠为原料,结合胶溶法成功地合成了γ型二氧化锰纳米棒。在反应过程中,首先将水合锰溶胶充分浸入锯末模板的孔道结构中,得到溶胶/锯末复合体系。在凝胶剂三乙胺的作用下,锰溶胶/锯末复合体系逐渐转变为锰凝胶/锯末复合体系。该体系于475 ℃灼烧5 h,锰凝胶热分解得到γ型二氧化锰纳米棒,同时锯末模板得以脱除。通过X-射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)测试对所得产物的晶型和形貌进行了表征,测试结果证实所得样品为γ型二氧化锰纳米棒,其平均直径为10 nm左右,平均长度约为80 nm。

Abstract: With MnCl2 and NaOH as raw materials,γ-MnO2 nanorods were successfully synthesized via colloidal chemical method by using the reproducible,low-cost,and porous sawdust as natural template.In the synthesis process,manganic hydroxide sol was firstly absorbed on the surface of the inner cavities in sawdust template to form sol/sawdust system.Then it converted into gel/sawdust system by the action of triethylamine gelling agent.Finally,the prepared gel precursor was transform into γ-MnO2 nanorods and sawdust was removed simultaneously by annealing at 475 ℃ for 5 h.The structure and morphology of the obtained sample were characterized by XRD and TEM tests.Results showed that the obtained samples were γ-MnO2 nanorods with the average diameter of about 10 nm and the average length of about 80 nm.
