摘要: <FONT face=Verdana>简要介绍了中国三聚磷酸钠生产现状和工艺特点。通过三聚磷酸钠产品消耗定额和市场销售情况分析,指出三聚磷酸钠产品存在消耗高、成本高和效益差等问题。遵循科学发展观,以循环经济理念为指导,提出中国三聚磷酸钠生产可持续发展对策:综合利用黄磷电炉炉渣、尾气、黄磷燃烧余热及泥磷等;以净化湿法磷酸为原料,降低三聚磷酸钠生产成本;加速开发窑法磷酸新工艺,用窑法磷酸代替热法磷酸生产三聚磷酸钠。<BR>中图分类号:TQ126.35&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 文献标识码:A&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 文章编号:1006-4990(2009)03-0001-04</FONT>

Abstract: Production status and process features of sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) in China were introduced briefly.Through the analysis on the norm quota of product consumption and market conditions,it pointed out there are still problems,such as high consumption,high production cost,and poor profit on STPP product.Based on the concept of scientific development and circular economy,strategies for sustainable development of STPP in China were put forward,for example comprehensive utilization of phosphorus furnace slag,waste heat of phosphorus combustion,and sludge phosphorus;with purified wet-process phosphoric acid as raw material so as to lower production cost of STPP;accelerate the development of new technology with kiln-process phosphoric acid in place of thermal-process phosphoric acid in the production of STPP.
