Study on controllable synthesis of spherical strontium fluoride

摘要:

以氢氧化锶和氟化铵为原料,柠檬酸三钠为络合剂,通过水热法制备出由纳米立方体自组装形成的球形氟化锶颗粒。考察了柠檬酸三钠与氢氧化锶物质的量比、氢氧化锶浓度和水热时间对产物物相及形貌的影响,并探讨其形成机理。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线能谱分析(EDS)等手段对产物形貌和物相进行了表征。结果表明在柠檬酸三钠与氢氧化锶物质的量比为1∶1、氢氧化锶浓度为0.08 mol/L、水热时间为6 h条件下,制备的球形氟化锶形貌规整、粒径均一,过程中加入的柠檬酸三钠对球形结构的形成具有重要作用。

Abstract:

Spherical SrF2 formed with nanocubes was successfully prepared by hydrothermal method,using strontium hydroxide and ammonium fluoride as raw materials,trisodium citrate as complexing agent.The effect of the molar ratio of trisodium citrate to strontium hydroxide,the concentration of strontium hydroxide,and the hydrothermal time on the phase and morphology of the product was investigated,and the formation mechanism was proposed.The morphology and phase of the product were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and X-ray energy spectroscopy(EDS).The results showed that the prepared spherical strontium fluoride had regular morphology and uniform size under molar ratio of the trisodium citrate to strontium hydroxide was 1∶1,the strontium hydroxide concentration of 0.08 mol/L and the hydrothermal time of 6 h,the trisodium citrate added in the process played an important role in the formation of the spherical structure.
