摘要:

通过对熔盐的热物性分析,研究一种新型低熔点熔盐进行储热,能够有效解决传统燃煤供暖所产生的环境污染等诸多问题。熔盐材料由于高温下的稳定性好、成本低及导电性能良好等特点成为了与新能源结合的研究热点。由于常用的二元混合熔盐熔点约为221 ℃,而供暖系统传热介质温度较低,高熔点熔盐对于供暖系统并不适用,所以开发熔点较低的熔盐用于供暖系统成为了研究热点。通过试验测试的方法对熔盐混合配比进行调整,开发了熔点较低的新型熔盐,并通过大温差储能供暖系统中的应用进行了有效性验证。

Abstract:

Through the analysis of the thermal properties of molten salt,a new type of low-melting molten salt for heat storage was researched and many problems such as environmental pollution caused by traditional coal-fired heating could be solved effectively by the molten salt.Molten salt materials have become a research hotspot combined with new energy due to their high stability at low temperature,low cost and good electrical conductivity etc..Since the commonly used binary mixed molten salt has a melting point of about 221 ℃,and the heating system has a low heat transfer medium temperature,the high melting point molten salt is not suitable for the heating system,so the development of a molten salt having a lower melting point for the heating system has become a research hot spot.A new type of molten salt with a lower melting point was developed by adjusting the molten salt mixture ratio by test method,and the effectiveness was verified by the application in the large temperature difference energy storage heating system.
