摘要: 氯气透平压缩机属于氯碱行业的核心设备之一,在运行过程中一旦发生故障,不仅会影响生产的连续性,还可能引发各类生产安全事故。针对氯气透平压缩机运行过程中可能发生的生产安全事故进行了定性分析,并采用定量风险评价(QRA)方法对氯气泄漏引发人员中毒事故的安全风险进行定量评价,提出相关安全对策措施,为企业预防和减少生产安全事故的发生,降低事故的后果提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Chlorine turbine compressor is one of the core equipment in the chlor alkali industry,if it fails during operation,it will not only affect the continuity of production,but also may cause various kinds of work safety accidents.In allusion to the possible work safety accidents during the operation of chlorine turbine compressor,a qualitative analysis was made and the quantitative risk assessment(QRA) method was used to quantitatively evaluate the safe]ty risks of personnel poisoning acci dents caused by chlorine leakage.In order to offer reference and consult to prevent the occurrence of accidents and to cut down accident consequence,the safety response measures were put forward.
