摘要: 对粘结剂、润滑剂、胶溶剂、扩孔剂、强度改进剂等几种常用的催化剂成型助剂进行了概述,介绍了各类助剂在不同成型方法中的应用及其对不同体系催化剂性能的影响情况,对比了不同成型方法的特点、所用主要助剂类型及成型产品类型,强调了成型助剂在工业催化剂制备及应用中的重要性,提出结合先进成型技术理念进一步挖掘现有成型助剂的应用价值和开发新型多功能成型助剂是未来研究方向。

关键词: 固相催化剂;成型助剂;成型方法;机械强度;反应性能

Abstract: Several commonly used forming additives for catalyst,such as binders,lubricants,peptizers,poreenlarging agent and strength modifier,were summarized.The application in different forming methods and the effects on different catalyst performances of these additives were also introduced.The features,main additive types used and forming product types of different forming methods were compared.The importance of forming additive for preparation and application of indu strial catalysts was emphasized.It suggested that further exploring the application value of the existing forming additive combined with advanced forming technology and developing new multifunctional forming additive is the future research direction.
