Abstract: LO-CAT process,developed by ARI Technology Company of America,is a new kind of environment-friendly sulfur recovery technique,which was widely applied in sulfur recovery and tail gas treatment of many fields,such as nature gas,coal gas,synthetic gas,fuel gas of oil refinery,CO₂,discharge gas of acidic wastewater,and emission of processing industry,with H₂S removal rate as high as 99.9%.Basic principle,process flow,technical characteristics and application prospect in China were also introduced.  
