盐湖卤水冬季析硝制备高纯元明粉工艺研究

Abstract

Abstract: With the phase diagram of ternary system NaCl-Na₂SO₄-H₂O as the theoretical guidence,the purification technology of anhydrous sodium sulfate extracting from precipitated mirabilite resource in East Taijinaier salt lake in winter was researched.Technological conditions,such as time of isothermal strring and water dosage,of the preparation process of crude anhydrous sodium sulfate product were optimized.A whole technological route of preparing high purity glauber′s salt with precipitated mirabilite in salt lake in winter as raw material was designed,which provided basic data for the comprehensive utilization of salt lake resources.
