Abstract: Industrial sodium sulfide as the intermediate of basic chemical industry,its development and application are constrained due to the disadvantages of serious pollution,high energy consumption,and high labor intensity etc..According to the characteristics of sodium sulfide and production experiences,drawing on and integrating new technologies and new processes,the production process of sodium sulfide was optimized.Through the calcination operation optimization,waste heat utilization,automation,brine purification,energy-saving evaporation technology,anticorrosion on equipment,dust removal,and desulfurization,the production of sodium sulfide was improve in energy-saving and consumption reducing,environmental protection,and product quality etc..They can produce good economic and social benefits,and worth to promoting.
